I am digging into it and would like to discuss with someone about the different approaches carried on by MatterLabs, Polygon, Consensys, Scroll. 

- zkSync 2.0 is EVM-compatible (so in theory less UX friendly for devs than EVM-equivalent by Polygon) but the founder has said that ALL tooling works well with the exception of just some low level debuggers (due to different opcode).

-He also said that beying compatible at language level instead of at bycode level is a strategic move, and will bring interesting perks. Among the pros we find that zkSync 2.0 approach (LLVM compiler) allows to port in any code written in the modern language (rust, golem, phython,C++, javascript…) not only EVM. So it will be possible to use different languages as libraries or use them to write smart contracts! This should open up smth massive…!? 

- Is Polygon Hermez implementing account abstraction? Do you think they’ll launch before zkSync (who has to finish security due-diligence and won’t deploy till end Q2/Q3?

- What will happen to Optimism if these new solutions work?
