Front-end Developer

Hi all — we’re currently hiring for a frontend dev (see tweet below), and I wanted to check if everyone here had thoughts on the best way to hire devs, both in terms of sourcing and interviewing.

For sourcing, we’ve found Manny from DeveloperDAO to be 

 at sourcing, and would definitely recommend anyone engage him—he’s worth it. Curious if there are other avenues too.

For interviewing, we’re doing the usual process of checking github, take-home assignments, feedback on what we can improve, personal conversations, etc., but all policies are helpful!
