As we build and work in Web3, DAOs, Cooperatives and other Community-focused organisation, what is community-led growth to you?

I ask this after learning that for some community-focused organisations, community to them is their customers, people who pay directly or indirectly for their products or services.

This left me wondering what it means to build for a community, to be led by the community, to grow and scale with community. Community can be larger than customers and for most organisations these days, it is multi-sided. So should it be just one side or how would you look at it?

And depending on your answer there, what would being led by the community mean for you?
