I ask this because I can be overly passionate with the communities I build and I see selling the community as a break in trust.

But on the other hand if the sale is done well, it might be a good thing for us as community builders as it adds another layer of value to what we provide. Kinda like how companies are sold, communities are now the companies and we build them from scratch.
