I’m Tyler, DAO/Coop nerd, looking for feedback on my project’s white paper prior to publishing.

, we’ve been developing a platform that enables internet-native organizations to enhance their tokenized community by providing them with an additional layer of shared ownership via equity. *gasp*

Using Limited Cooperative Associations (LCAs), an NFT project could share brand licensing revenues, governance token holders could receive distributions from the treasury, and the community could even get a piece of the pie if a project decides to sell out and get acquired. The best part, it’s not a security, and it plays nicely with all your existing digital assets.

We’re having trouble crafting the narrative for our white paper on the Network Cooperative model (probably obvious because I’m having a rough time giving a clear and concise description in this post). We want to write a paper that isn’t overly academic and speaks directly to the issues, but we’re also addressing enough issues that it’s hard to distill it down to one narrative direction.

I’d love to speak to 4-5 founders/core team members of tokenized projects about our model and paper in the hopes that feedback can help us consolidate the issues into one, well-defined, accessible problem statement. 30-60 minutes on a zoom call is all I ask, and I’ll return the favor by helping out in any way I can with whatever you’re working on, just ask Joey ;)
