Swaraj is an organization of artists and technologists. The Genesis Collection is our first collaborative effort in building together. It represents the Genesis of our founding community.

Swaraj came into being when a few brave artists and engineers from India decided to build something together. We wanted to explore the frontiers of the new internet. What started off as a simple collaborative music collection, slowly grew into the foundations of an organization. By working together we learnt that when the lines between art and technology are blurred, a new layer of creative expression is unlocked. 

At Swaraj we want to build solid foundations that allow for great ideas to emerge through co-creation. We want to invite the boldest innovators and their patrons into our community, and collaborate with numerous like minded  organizations around the world.

Genesis Vol. 1 was made over many months. Our team of artists worked together to create unique songs that pushed us all beyond our comfort zones. Our tech team built a lean-in experience for engaging with the music. They implemented The Swaraj Gallery, an experience that allows listeners to spend time on each song, getting to learn about the collection. 

Together we learnt and grew to slowly find our voices in web3.

We will be celebrating everyone who has supported us with the Swaraj Patrons' Week. A week where we amplify the voices of the people who've helped us. Hopefully an annual custom going forward.

Our tech team will be starting work on a remix tool that allows patrons to create their own versions of the songs they collected.

And we will be starting work on the creation of vol. 2 which will see the on-boarding of new members through a cohort experience

With so much love and effort put into  making The Genesis Collection we would love any and all support in making it a success and shining a light on the artists and technologists who made it happen. 

Of course, building a buzz is important to us right now and we would love your support in retweets, and shares. We love speaking to people one on one, and if you have any ideas, suggestions or know someone who could help us make the most of this moment, that would be amazing.

We are eager to get to know people working in Music and web3. We'd love to connect with them to share experiences, insights, learn together and potentially collaborate with them as we grow. 

We are already preparing to start work on our next Volume.
