Grey is creating a consumer social experience that allows better distribution and communication to exist for the world of fashion. Enabling stylist, designers, creators, and more to connect with their audience, fans, or consumer in a whole new way. We want to service business so that business & brand can service customers better.

Our purpose is to unleash human imagination & creativity, helping individuals and family, creating reputations and brands, to recapture fashion. 

These are large and tangible problems that have been vetted through dozens of conversations and data. We are not looking at bringing things into the metaverse. We are looking to inject culture into digital society and keep fashion in our physical society, enhancing IRL by adopting a web3 tech stack. 

You will be entirely responsible for the development of products. Carrying a large burden to tap into your creative and development states of mind. Helping us launch and iterate each phase of our roadmap. From developing smaller ideas with niche markets, to developing the entire vertical stack that enables the vision we share. 

Initially, we are starting with a webapp UI/UX to test co-creative processes on a decentralized social network. This phase is predominantly a read-only process, displaying information for interactive purposes with very few write functions. This is currently being worked on by 1 individual with the hope to move faster as we near the launch strategy. Some bot integrations are desired. 

Later development will move into native mobile & tablet experiences building on previous iterations. Starting with Apple products. Ideally you live and breath a full-stack development process with a bias towards backend and exposure to web3 tooling. 

This role will work very closely with the rest of the co-founding team to ensure each member remains unblocked and can iterate quickly. Driving a very tight feedback loop to build the best product for customer experience and enhance each team members ability to perform at their best. 

If you can spin-up and launch small projects in 1 day using stacks like  vercel, next.js, ethers, wagmi, rainbowKit, Plausible analytics, chakra UI, and other similar tech than we would love to talk to you. Or if you’re newer to the web3 ecosystem but have heavy web2 experience we would love to talk to you too. 

We believe pushing our own boundaries is more important than experience. Our organization is pushing the boundaries of our society into new directions and understands this takes a lot of courage, endurance and grit.
