tl;dr: looking for a part-time community/social growth maestro willing to pitch in with a team of all-volunteer / equity IOU contributors

 social app with some magic web3 working under the hood with a mission to heal our public conversations by emphasizing authentic community voices.

 social experience where users build a collaborative podcast by sharing their individual responses to one question on their minds each day. We make all the content public domain so that journalists, brands, and media can use it in their own work off-platform, arming them with quotes, soundbites, and sources that highlight diverse voices on the human impact of current events.

Our team covers product, engineering, design, tokenomics, editorial, and production, but we have a huge gap in community growth! I would say community management too, but we don’t have much of a community to manage yet. Right now we have have an alpha testing app in TestFlight with 25 DAU and 60 WAU. We’re planning to move into a private beta in the App Store later this week, and we want to start ramping up our user base with a goal of sprinting quickly to 500 DAU, then start grinding upwards from there.

We need someone who can help us establish our brand voice, create daily content for Twitter, LinkedIn, and maybe TikTok, reach our target audience there & elsewhere, and drive usage. 

We have 4 core contributors and 5 project-based contributors. No funding yet so we’re all working out of love for the mission, interest in the challenge, personal portfolio development, or boredom… plus some equity/token IOUs if we ever get there.
