SCRUM—agile project management framework—was designed in a pre-DAO world (early 1990s), where developers and project managers should have close and ongoing interaction, ideally working together in the same space most of the time.

We may agree that DAOs are the next frontier for human coordination. Enabling asynchronous communication and providing an opportunity for contributors to break free of geographical constraints and work from anywhere in the world... 

Yet, we don’t have common best practices for knowledge management or established frameworks for human coordination.

My plan to get there is to gain 1-st hand experience with as many DAOs—or web3 projects—as possible, implementing 

 and iterating on the GAOAframework to help streamline operations while bringing transparency and alignment to your organization.
