One of the things I’ve noticed is that great opportunities and collaborations often happen naturally when people explore shared interests and get into the weeds together. I think there’s a huge opportunity to facilitate more initiatives around that, especially given that:

I’ve had this idea for months now to create some kind of article/book club that would bring people together and leverage crypto in some interesting ways, but I just haven’t found the bandwidth to ship it on my own. 

The specifics would need to be defined of course, and I’m very happy to support however I can via Backdrop or otherwise. I think you could do this without a ton of work, so all we would need is a few people who want to put a few hours in to bring an MVP to life. I’m guessing we could do it without writing any code as well, although if someone feels passionate about building a simple app I have some specific ideas :) If you’re interested, reply here or ping me and if there’s enough momentum I’ll pull a squad together!

People are drowning in content, and just trying to “keep up” with it has very diminishing returns. It leads to shallow consumption, skimming, and being overwhelmed. 

We all consume content, so it’s a very natural vector to facilitate connections. 

It’s much easier to connect with people on neutral grounds, aka someone else’s content rather than shilling your own project.
