Incredibly difficult to find people trusting themselves enough to co-create. Too often asking for explicitness, finality, or certainty, instead of uncertainty & co-creation. ~2 years in and still haven't found my team, at-least I have a product now.

Just sharing these thoughts, not looking for anything, here atm. Will be soon.
