I have a Nouns fork DAO project that needs as diverse a core team as possible. Diversity in culture, ethnicity, identity, orientation, (dis)ability, skills, interests, etc.

This project is purely in the idea stages, so collaborative input from many perspectives is paramount to moving from idea to build.

I’m a cis, white male who has done a lot of DEI work in IRL, worked on web2 projects, launched DEI initiatives into my previous company, and consistently continued to work with DEI coaches and advisers, but I am relatively new to web3.

Suggestions on how to gather a diverse, web3-skilled team? Thanks in advance!
